Senior Data Analyst – EMEA

As part of the Enterprise Analytics team, this Senior Data Analyst and Developer role is dedicated to supporting EMEA Regional leadership teams. The position focuses on leveraging CRM, financial, sales, and other organizational data assets for advanced analytics and reporting. Core responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), data modeling, requirements gathering, and the development of advanced dashboards. The role also includes user training, demonstrations, documentation, and user administration.

Our office is located in Cracow and this opportunity is open to a 50/50 hybrid working model.

What the day will look like

  • Produce clear, accurate sales and pipeline reports on a regular cadence, with strong data quality and increasing automation.
  • Respond to adhoc reporting and insight requests, helping stakeholders shape requirements and pushing back when requests dont add value.
  • Combine data from multiple sources (CRM, Excel, Finance and Production systems, data warehouses, APIs) to deliver reliable, actionable insights, with scalability in mind.
  • Turn business needs into effective dashboards and reports, improving or building solutions where needed.
  • Validate, reconcile and maintain data across dashboards, CRM and related systems, identifying and fixing issues at source.
  • Partner with global CRM, sales enablement and regional teams to keep client and pipeline data accurate and consistent.
  • Build and improve dashboards in Power BI, following data, UX and branding standards.
  • Own the full lifecycle of analytics products: requirements, build, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.
  • Support users through training, documentation and daytoday guidance on data and tools.
  • Manage your workload independently, contribute to team projects, and spot opportunities where data can drive better decisions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to produce clear insights.
  • Advanced Excel and proven experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar); SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and enterprise systems, and building or maintaining dashboards and data models.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, able to explain data simply and work closely with stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, prioritisation and followthrough, with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work across teams and regions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new data and analytics techniques where they add real value.
