KERB’s vision is to create opportunity and joy through great food, from the kerb up. We operate markets, one-off events, workshops, consultancy, bars, a food hall in Central London and have developed a successful corporate catering arm, KERB Events Ltd.
KERB Events Limited is a joint venture with Compass Group UK. As part of this partnership, KERB will be taking over the retail food and beverage contract at ExCeL London in partnership with Levy UK, a subsidiary of Compass Group. KERB will be providing retail catering via our independent food traders and will also be running all retail coffee and bar outlets.
Overall purpose of role:
- Management of Café & Bar Concessions team within ExCeL Exhibition Centre, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests
- Leadership of the concessions staff ensuring operational excellence, efficiency at all times aiming to exceed the client, guest expectations as well as delivering business objectives
- To review the concession business and performance, ensuring delivery of key financial targets and customer feedback targets of 90%
- To support the concessions team in continual development of the business using new products, service techniques and other efficiencies.
- To demonstrate full alignment to our Levy Restaurants vision and values by doing the right things and celebrating successes
