As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for WSH at Goldman Sachs. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Interact and lead with SMEs to ensure end to end delivery of exceptional client experience. Responsible for overseeing various operational functions, managing a team and implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness. Lead the team in the right direction with charisma, collaboration and motivation, upholding standards and influencing the right outcomes.

  • Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients – maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring the team meet the needs of the location and WSH.
  • Responsible for all operations and escalations within the operations team, leading as a connection point between all areas of 1CW.
  • Achieving financial targets agreed with the client within the budget and monitoring the work of the location team.

  • Successful Hospitality and culinary background, within a managerial position.
  • Microsoft office applications including SharePoint, Forms, One Drive, Outlook etc.
