Manager, Visual Merchandising. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Manager, Visual Merchandising. 

This Visual Merchandising Manager role will create and execute the departments visual merchandising and point of sale strategy. Taking a hands-on approach as well as utilising digital communications and products – the role will work towards global consistency and elevated VM standards within our global store footprint. Being a specialist in the space the individual will also train store associates on presentation standards to a flagship level to ensure a strong VM culture is nurtured in all locations. 

 

What will you be doing? 

This is a new and important role in the LFC Retail department that requires a creative individual with a proven ability to work well with others to deliver consistent and elevated visual merchandising across a global store estate. The individual will be key brand guardian and a stakeholder in the development of the brand. They will form strong relationships across the department and with partners to ensure our VM is always optimised for success. To succeed here, the person will love being hands on and used to a fast pace and everchanging environment as football retail is different. They will get stuck in with the day but also have the ability to develop and educate others in this specialist field. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

To be successful in this role you will be:

 

A proactive team player

  • Willing to travel to Multiple locations when required including overnight stays.
  • Experience with VM software, Adobe creative cloud tools or similar. 
  • Experience of merchandising apparel and experience with other product categories preferable. 

 

You will have:

  • Experience in a similar position with a clear passion for visual merchandising
  • Proven ability to research, document and deliver successful visual merchandising across a variety of different store footprints and product categories.  
  • Experience with Adobe creative cloud tools. 
  • Experience of working in retailer with a wide range of hardware and apparel

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel St Office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
