Job Description

You are an enthusiastic, proactive and problem-solving individual with a proven track record of producing a variety of Integrated, OOH, Print and Digital/ Social campaigns and experiential productions from creative development to final delivery, all to a high standard of craft. These projects should be of varying size, level and complexity. You should have experience of troubleshooting and problem solving across multiple projects. Ideally also having lead or assisted on leading client relationships. You can be able to lead production and work with multiple producers and teams to help deliver certain productions.

What you’ll do

  •  Work collaboratively with the brand management team and creatives during creative development, attend creative reviews, advise on feasibility/issues and logistics and steer the creative according to budget/timing parameters
  • Identify and build the right production resource, including in-house and external suppliers and confidently negotiate deals
  • On occasion work with other specialist producers
  • Liaise with media companies, interpret media plans and update briefing templates, creative decks and supply sheets accordingly
  • Once in production, lead the process with creatives, brand management and clients on occasion, maintaining full responsibility for ensuring the production remains on budget/schedule, seeking internal/external approvals, maintaining excellent levels of craft and QC at all times
  • Be confident to highlight risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
  • Book, manage and financially track design resource
  • Financial management – from estimate creation, revision, tracking and reporting project feasibility
  • Lead AV related projects, either in the live action, animation or motion graphics space.
  • Have the ability to look at the bigger picture of a production, be able to lead truly integrated campaigns managing multiple facets from AV, stills, OOH, display and beyond.
  • Manage the delivery process end-to-end for various forms of content, radio, print, OOH, social and digital projects, including dynamic display and DOOH and specialty projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
  • Working with Exec Production Director (EPD) and Programme Director, creating and managing schedules and estimates and provide regular status updates to the team throughout the process

Who you’ll do it with

Working within a Squad you will report directly into the EPD and work closely with the Programme Director, Brand Management, Creative, Design and Ops team.

Qualifications

What it takes

  • Experience managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced agency, marketing, or creative services environment.
  • Be familiar and confident with all forms of Print and static and motion forms of web/digital delivery including HTML5/dynamic display delivery including distribution platforms such as Double Click, Sizmek and flashtalking
  • Experience of producing content and print shoots a benefit, as is radio production.
  •  Must be detail oriented and adept at multi-tasking
  •  Self-motivated and organized.
  •  Solution-driven, even against challenging projects/situations
  •  Excellent communicator, both verbal and written and a real team-player, able to assist and guide younger producers where appropriate
  • Excellent planning, organisational and financial skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Google product suite and Microsoft Office and experience of working with Active Collab and Slack a plus
  • AV experience, ideally having working on a varying level of live actions shoot from large budgets and more challenging ones. Being able to confidently run these from productions from brief through to delivery.
  • A knowledge and interest in innovative production solutions and technology.
