What the day will look like
As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support accounting, reporting, and internal control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Your day may include:
- Responsibility for accounting, tax, and statistical reporting for assigned entities
- Performing US GAAP accounting as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting
- Executing month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations
- Supporting migrations of accounting processes from other countries
- Performing SOX controls and collaborating with internal and external auditors
- Ensuring transactions follow corporate policies and statutory requirements
- Assisting in creating internal control documentation
- Participating in testing new systems, tools, and policies

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Around 1 year of experience in accounting, ideally in GL
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in a multinational shared services environment
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
- Very good command of English and strong communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/workflow tools
- Strong motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Additional accounting certifications are a plus
