What the day will look like
- Support day-to-day occupational health and safety activities.
- Register reported hazards and incidents, and help gather basic documentation.
- Maintain H&S records (trainings, inspections, checklists) and assist with simple reports.
- Assist in gathering information for accident investigations and in tracking corrective actions defined by senior specialists.
- format, publish, and distribute H&S policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Coordinate logistics for H&S trainings and support H&S onboarding for new employees.
- Assist employees with basic ergonomic and workstation setup.
- Cooperate with HR, Facilities, Administration, and Security on day‑to‑day H&S tasks.
- Support H&S communication and internal safety / wellbeing campaigns.
- Actively learn company H&S rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and Polish language. (must)
- Minimum of 0 – 2 year of experience in a similar position.
- Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety (must)
- Valid certificate of a fire protection officer.(nice to have)
- Knowledge of Polish health and safety regulations.
- High interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Risk Management and compliance.
- Very good written and oral communication presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with checklists, forms, and simple data summaries.
