  • Supervise the maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of the organisation’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security, collaborating with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and implement IT solutions aligned with organisational goals, staying informed about emerging technologies and recommending their integration into the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors, ensuring effective communication and adherence to service level agreements, and evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimise cost and performance
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, systems, and configurations, and conduct training sessions for end-users on IT best practices and new technologies

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive background in managing and nurturing a support team, fostering a proactive IT Support department within a technology-driven business
  • Effectively resolving colleagues’ technical issues empathetically and contributing to an enhanced overall perception of the IT function
  • Experience managing of over 1000 client devices (Mac/Windows) spread across multiple sites with varying time zones, ensuring seamless operation in the context of hybrid working environments
  • Expertise in devising strategies, including those related to device and patch management
