We’re recruiting an experienced Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently and will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- To review the personnel files and update the file tracker
- Process relevant personnel details.
- Compile, audit and cleanse employee personnel files as directed.
- Log employee training onto the training matrix
- Register return to work forms onto the online spreadsheet
- Prepare induction starter packs and prepare personnel files for new starters
- Photocopying and general filing.
- Support with recruitment activities
- Post Occupational Health forms
- Chase up paperwork following induction
- Register probation review forms and file them accordingly
- Update the Be a Star board and print certificates
- Call employees that require ECS checks
- Send out meeting invites
- Answer the telephone, deal with telephone enquiries and take messages in a polite and professional manner.
- Keep records as necessary, including taking of meeting minutes
- Perform any duties as requested appropriate to the needs of the business.
Our ideal Administrator will:
- To possess good communication skills both written and verbal and listening skills.
- Ability to deal with and communicate with a wide variety of people.
- To possess knowledge of word processing packages and administrative systems to enable development of these within own role.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work using own initiative, most of which is routine but regularly interrupted by demands of other staff.
- Experience of working as part of a team to ensure that service delivery is maintained.
- Work effectively as part of a team that develops and implements administrative systems.
- Ensure that information and data is accurate and handled in an appropriate way.
- Monitors and maintains systems/processes in relation to own work.
- To ensure that Health & Safety practices are performed and are appropriate to self and others.
- To ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- To follow all GDPR guidelines whilst carrying out the role.
To have good keyboard skills. The post requires the need for good hand eye co-ordination to enable speed and accuracy when transferring information form written format on to a computerised system.
