Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Hourly Rate: £13.15

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist as directed with all aspects of food service preparation and presentation.
  • To serve customers in the appropriate manner
  • To lead and provide food and beverages at service counters and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service periods.
  • To ensure your immediate working areas and service areas are left clean and tidy at all times.
  • To give a professional and efficient service in the dining rooms and promote a friendly but discreet service.
  • To be responsible for the cleanliness of service areas. This will include washing up silver and glass polishing and sanitising surfaces.
  • To attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time.
  • To ensure that all fridges, cupboards and storage areas of potential loss are secured at all times.
  • To report any customer feedback and take remedial action wherever possible.
  • To assist and relieve in other areas as may be necessary from time to time.
  • To ensure that all documentation is complete in an accurate and satisfactory way and are always available to the supervisor or manager.
  • To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations
