Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for excellence in healthcare operations? We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead a team of General Managers in managing client relationships and ensuring top-notch service delivery in our healthcare facilities. 
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead operational teams within the assigned cluster.
  • Manage client relationships commercially, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee a wide range of services including patient and retail catering, cleaning, portering, security, pest control, linen, and helpdesk.
  • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract specifications.
  • Drive elements of the business plan to achieve performance targets.
  • Deliver annual business, financial, and people plans.
  • Maintain effective client and user relationships.
  • Uphold Health and Safety standards.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
  • Proven track record in managing major contracts with a turnover of at least £7m.
  • Minimum 3 years operational experience in managing at least one functional area within a multi-service operation.
  • Experience within an NHS environment is preferred.
  • Financially competent with experience managing P&L accounts.
  • Competence in managing a complex Penalty Mechanism System.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Track record of success in managing contracts with a combined turnover of £10m+.
  • Minimum 5 years operational experience in most functional areas.
