FP&A Operations Manager

What the day will look like

As a FP&A Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing FP&A operations within the Global Capability Center, ensuring high-quality, timely and accurate financial deliverables across supported business areas.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with client finance and business Stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery and strategic priorities.
  • Manage and develop FP&A teams, driving performance, engagement and capability growth.
  • Drive standardization, SOPs governance, operational controls and backup models across FP&A processes.
  • Monitor and manage service delivery against defined SLAs and KPIs, proactively addressing risks and capacity constraints.
  • Lead continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation and digital enablement.
  • Partner with regional and global Finance Stakeholders and Business Leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and management reporting activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact and trusted advisor to senior Stakeholders, providing operational insights to support cost transparency, efficiency and decision-making.
  • Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding and retention actions in close partnership with Finance Leadership as well as People Organization and Talent Acquisition Teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in a finance or shared services environment
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in financial services, FP&A or related roles
  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (professional finance qualification CIMA or ACCA is an advantage)
  • Fluent English at C1 level or higher
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality services, managing stakeholders and driving process improvements
