The Rowlands Foundation Program is an excellent opportunity for aspiring pharmacists who want to receive comprehensive training and support to excel in their careers. Our program is mapped to the GPHC Learning Outcomes and is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in your foundation year and to be confident to practice from day 1 of your registration as a pharmacist.
One of the key benefits of the Rowlands Foundation Program is the support that we provide. All of our programs are backed by specially trained experienced pharmacists who will work with you to develop your skills and guide you through the learning process.
In addition, our central support team within Learning and Organisational Development is always on hand to provide assistance and answer any questions you may have.
We offer protected study time to allow you to focus on your training without worrying about other responsibilities getting in the way.
You will receive training on important topics such as pharmaceutical science, clinical pharmacy, and communication skills, as well as practical experience in clinical service delivery, dispensing and all aspects of patient and pharmaceutical care.
