What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Head of procurement
this role is responsible for leading and execution sourcing, category
management and procurement activity in the F&B category. Your activity will have a direct material
impact on the EBITDA contribution of the F&B category as well as supporting guest safety, experience and value for money.
Working closely with the F&B
leaders across Warner to support plans and strategies, you will develop
and drive supplier and category strategies that ensures we maximise EBITDA
while driving service, safety, innovation and quality.
What we are looking for?
- Specialist F&B Sourcing knowledge, preferably in Hospitality and Hotel Management settings.
- Knowledge of Hotel operations
- Stakeholder management
- Sourcing and negotiation
- Supplier Management
- Category and Contract management
- Experience of F&B procurement
- Collaborative with the ability to work across multiple different areas and many stakeholders
- Able to derive clarity from ambiguity and competing priorities
- Able to work on many different activities simultaneously
- Results focused with a strong drive to deliver
