JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have property administration and customer service experience, are willing to go the extra mile and looking for a busy but fulfilling career move? If so, this could be the role for you.
We are looking for a team player who is not afraid to hit the ground running and can offer effective, efficient support to the Operations team.
You will be working on the front line as first point of contact, often acting as a liaison between the Estates Manager, tenants, and suppliers. This role will involve a high amount of organisation and resilience, dealing with inbound customer calls and emails, contractor enquiries and client instructions.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Assist in setting up records and procedures for multi-sized developments including establishing service contracts, mailshots to residents, liaising with the Accounts department regarding service charges, management fees and any other queries that may come through
- Administer and monitor insurance claims. Liaise with residents/contractors/insurance companies where appropriate, ensuring communication and follow up is always open and clear
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitoring the raised repairs from start to completion.
- Arrange and give notice of meetings, preparing and distributing minutes.
- General day to day administration and diary management.

- Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors and persons inside / outside of the organization.

- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Experience in the property industry (preferred but not essential)
