Caravan Sales Call Centre Manager
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) – 2-3 days a week in
office

The
Haven Customer Lifecycle Marketing team is growing and we’re looking for an
experienced call centre team manager who can drive appointment bookings that
support our caravan sales business. Caravan sales are a key part of our
business plan, we’re looking for a driven manager to lead and inspire a team of
sales professionals to meet and exceed their KPIs. You will create a
high-performance culture, while fostering a customer-centric approach.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Leading, motivating and mentoring your team, providing guidance and support to achieve their targets
– Establishing a culture of high performance, energy, and competitiveness within the team
– Taking ownership of team KPIs and performance, including call volumes, conversion rates, and appointments produced
– Building dashboards and reports to demonstrate team performance
– Ensuring a customer-oriented approach whilst fostering a great team culture
– Analyse performance metrics and trends to make informed decisions and drive improvement

What we’d like you to bring:
– Experience of leading and coaching a team in a call centre environment
– A strong understanding of how to read data that translates into actions & outcomes
– Experience of coaching objection handling would be highly advantageous
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to be able to liaise with senior management
– An understanding of how to use outbound call, Email, SMS and CRM platforms to drive conversion
