About You
- Experience in a similar role in the construction environment
- A good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration (NEC Contract Experience)
- Excellent report writing skills in a professional manner
- Membership of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc
- HNC, HND, a construction related degree, or other appropriate qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
