Are you currently a Graduate Project Manager looking to take that next step in your career within the Built Environment?

With a dedication to excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, we are seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join us on our journey.

 
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be supporting the wider Project Management team in Nottingham; liaising with clients, project stakeholders and assisting the team in preparing and issuing reports. We deliver inspiring and efficient projects in various sectors. You can expect to become involved in a range of exciting central midlands schemes across both the private and public sectors. Working with clients to include schools, residential developers, hospitals, retail outlets and leisure centres.

About You

Our ideal Assistant Project Manager must have:
 
  • Experience in a similar role in the construction environment
  • A good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration (NEC Contract Experience)
  • Excellent report writing skills in a professional manner 
 
It would be nice for you to have:
  • Membership of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc
  • HNC, HND, a construction related degree, or other appropriate qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
