The Role:

We’re looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join the Prezzo team and assist and support our Restaurant General Manager in the efficient running of our restaurant building a safe, growing, sustainable and profitable business by recruiting, leading, and developing your team of customer focussed and dedicated front of house and back of house teams.
