We are currently looking for an experienced Asset Management Co-ordinator to join and lead our friendly team based at Quorn House in Loughborough. Please note this role offers hybrid working.

In the role of Asset Management Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the National Asset Management (AM) team in relation to all duties associated with the provision and reporting of key data, business processes and administration. 

Ensuring that all duties are completed by required deadlines and that the appropriate information is readily available for end users in a required and useable format.

 

The ideal candidate for the role of Asset Management Co-ordinator will have experience of:

  • Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Powerpoint), Sharepoint and SAP 

  • Strong administration skills with strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts both internal and external to the business
