This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and developing service which aims to support children and young people throughout their education journey and transition into adulthood.

Working as part of a team we are looking for an apprentice to provide various administrative and project support related to the Coventry Alternative Provision Service (CAP). As part of this role, you will be responding to service enquiries, preparing resources and documentation, undertaking data input, maintaining files/website and supporting colleagues with general administration tasks. This apprenticeship role is a fixed-term contract for 21 months in line with the length of the apprenticeship training.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

* The pre-interview is a short session to give the candidates further details of the apprenticeship role and to help them understand what to expect from and how to prepare for the final interview. You will also complete a short diagnostic assessment to check the level of Maths and English that you are currently working at and identify any support you may require.
