If you would like to advance your career at a market leading reinsurance broker and already have some experience in the (re)insurance industry, this may be an opportunity for you.

We are currently looking for a Facultative Reinsurance Associate to join our Facultative Reinsurance Broking team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Senior Brokers with administrative and operational tasks for reinsurance placements in the CEE and CIS markets and have the ability to execute some reinsurance placements directly. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Prague office.

 

What the day will look like 

  • Providing business support to senior team members
  • Assisting with reinsurance renewals and new reinsurance agreements
  • Keeping precise data records
  • Facilitating seamless operations, ensuring efficient processes and meeting deadlines
  • Communicating daily with internal teams and external clients from CEE and CIS countries

 

We will count on you to support our Senior Brokers while at the same time they will be your mentors to help you learn and develop within our business.

  

Skills and experience that will lead to success 

  • Bachelor´s degree in economics or related field
  • Experience supporting administrative and operational processes in a corporate environment
  • Experience in (re)insurance operations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Casualty (re)insurance is a plus
  • Knowledge of Property (re)insurance is a plus
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Capability to learn new skills and focus on solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
