Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for an organised and customer focused Welcome Host (Guest Experience Host), for a well-known institution in the West End.
The institution offers business executives the opportunity to purchase a membership and in doing so enjoy the many benefits that they have to offer. This includes a place to work, meet, host clients, and network, as well as enjoying training sessions and seminars.
The role of a Guest Experience Host will focus on making sure that everyone visiting this iconic location receives a friendly and attentive welcome. The main duties include meet & greet, site show arounds & inductions, meeting room management, providing assistance to VIP clientele & facilitating onsite events, training sessions & seminars.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week. Shifts Mon-Fri between 8am – 8pm (am shift: 08:00-16:30/ pm shift 11:30-20:00)
Salary: £31,482
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and must show good levels of flexibility and adaptability to manage differing client needs. They will be an passionate and motivated people person and will need to focus on building strong and lasting relationships with the clientele.
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a corporate setting.
