We are looking for professional and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Surveyors House and the Westminster Rooms at No.11, part of the renowned Searcys portfolio.

Job Description

The Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of events – from high-profile conferences and corporate meetings to intimate private dining and sophisticated receptions.

Job Type: Zero hours 

Salary: £13.15ph

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing attentive and professional food & beverage service

  • Supporting the delivery of conferences, meetings, and large-scale events

  • Delivering high-end private dining and drinks receptions with precision and care

  • Setting up and breaking down event spaces to a high standard

  • Creating a seamless and memorable guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred (events or fine dining a plus)

  • A passion for service and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A polished and professional approach

  • Flexibility to work across a variety of event styles and service formats
