Following the launch of our University Strategy, Our future, together, and the recent publication of our expanded, ambitious and innovative Global Strategy, Cardiff University is establishing a dedicated Transnational Education (TNE) team.
With a strong commitment to developing reciprocal TNE partnerships, and following the opening of our first international branch campus in Kazakhstan, Cardiff University is embarking on an exciting new phase of global expansion.
We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who are passionate about widening access to global education, developing impactful international partnerships and helping shape the future of Cardiff University’s global presence.

TNE Partnerships Relationship Manager (SIM and other global partners)
The TNE Partnership Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and strengthening Cardiff University’s strategic and operational relationships with its global TNE partners, including the Singapore Institute of Management and other existing prospective partners.
The postholder will act as a key relationship lead for a portfolio of international TNE partnerships, working closely with colleagues across Cardiff University and with partner organisations to support effective partnership delivery, identify opportunities for development and ensure that relationships continue to evolve in line with the University’s strategic priorities.
They will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across a range of international markets and contribute to the identification and development of new TNE opportunities. The postholder will also support the effective management, governance and ongoing enhancement of existing partnerships.
The postholder will be a key member of the newly established Cardiff University TNE Team and will contribute to the development of the University’s wider TNE strategy and international ambitions.
The post is full time and open ended.
International travel will be required.

Bydd Rheolwr Perthnasoedd â Phartneriaethau ADL yn gyfrifol am ddatblygu, rheoli a chryfhau perthnasoedd strategol a gweithredol Prifysgol Caerdydd gyda’i phartneriaid ADL yn fyd-eang, gan gynnwys Sefydliad Rheolaeth Singapore a darpar bartneriaid eraill sy’n bodoli eisoes.
Bydd deiliad y swydd yn arweinydd perthynas allweddol ar gyfer portffolio o bartneriaethau ADL rhyngwladol, gan gydweithio’n agos â chydweithwyr ledled Prifysgol Caerdydd a sefydliadau partner i gefnogi’r gwaith o gyflawni partneriaethau yn effeithiol, canfod cyfleoedd datblygu a sicrhau bod perthnasoedd yn parhau i ddatblygu yn unol â blaenoriaethau strategol y Brifysgol.
Bydd yn datblygu perthnasoedd cryf â rhanddeiliaid allweddol mewn ystod o farchnadoedd rhyngwladol ac yn cyfrannu at ganfod a datblygu cyfleoedd ADL newydd. Bydd deiliad y swydd hefyd yn cefnogi’r broses o reoli, llywodraethu a gwella partneriaethau presennol ar sail barhaus.
Bydd deiliad y swydd yn aelod allweddol o Dîm ADL Prifysgol Caerdydd sydd newydd ei sefydlu a bydd yn cyfrannu at ddatblygu strategaeth ADL ehangach y Brifysgol a’i huchelgais ryngwladol.
Mae hon yn swydd amser llawn a phenagored.
Bydd teithio rhyngwladol yn ofynnol.
