Following the launch of our University Strategy, Our future, together, and the recent publication of our expanded, ambitious and innovative Global Strategy, Cardiff University is establishing a dedicated Transnational Education (TNE) team.

With a strong commitment to developing reciprocal TNE partnerships, and following the opening of our first international branch campus in Kazakhstan, Cardiff University is embarking on an exciting new phase of global expansion.

TNE Partnership Relationship Manager (Cardiff University Kazakhstan) 

The CUK Partnership Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the strategic and operational relationship between Cardiff University and Cardiff University Kazakhstan.

Working across both institutions, the postholder will act as a key relationship lead and trusted point of contact, supporting effective communication, collaboration and decision-making between Cardiff University and Cardiff University Kazakhstan. They will work with colleagues across academic and professional services areas to ensure that the partnership operates effectively and continues to develop in line with the strategic priorities of both institutions.

The postholder will monitor and support the delivery of the partnership, identify opportunities for further development and help ensure that key issues are appropriately managed and resolved. They will build strong relationships with stakeholders across both institutions and contribute to the continued development of Cardiff University’s TNE portfolio.

The postholder will be a key member of the newly established Cardiff University TNE Team and will contribute to the development of the University’s wider TNE strategy and international ambitions.

The post is full time and open ended.

International travel will be required.

Salary: £51,753 – £56,535 per annum (Grade 7)

Rheolwr Perthnasoedd â Phartneriaethau Addysg Drawswladol (Prifysgol Caerdydd Kazakhstan) 

Bydd Rheolwr Perthnasoedd â Phartneriaethau CUK yn gyfrifol am ddatblygu, rheoli a chryfhau’r berthynas strategol a gweithredol rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a Phrifysgol Caerdydd Kazakhstan.

Gan weithio ar draws y ddau sefydliad, bydd deiliad y swydd yn arweinydd perthnasoedd allweddol ac yn enw cyswllt dibynadwy, gan gefnogi cyfathrebu, cydweithio a phenderfynu effeithiol rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a Phrifysgol Caerdydd Kazakhstan. Bydd yn gweithio gyda chydweithwyr ar draws meysydd academaidd a’r gwasanaethau proffesiynol er mwyn sicrhau bod y bartneriaeth yn gweithredu’n effeithiol ac yn parhau i ddatblygu yn unol â blaenoriaethau strategol y ddau sefydliad.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn monitro ac yn cefnogi cyflawniad y bartneriaeth, yn canfod cyfleoedd i sicrhau datblygiad pellach ac yn helpu i sicrhau bod materion allweddol yn cael eu rheoli a’u datrys yn briodol. Bydd yn meithrin perthnasoedd cryf â rhanddeiliaid ledled y ddau sefydliad ac yn cyfrannu at ddatblygiad parhaus portffolio ADL Prifysgol Caerdydd.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn aelod allweddol o Dîm ADL Prifysgol Caerdydd sydd newydd ei sefydlu a bydd yn cyfrannu at ddatblygu strategaeth ADL ehangach y Brifysgol a’i huchelgais ryngwladol.

Mae hon yn swydd amser llawn a phenagored.
