Job Title: Teacher – Electrical Installation (Full Teaching Qualification Funded)
Salary: Commencing at £31,916 with progression to £35,912, plus a market supplement dependant on experience
About the Role
What You Will Do

Deliver engaging practical workshops and theory sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation students and apprentices.

Support learners to achieve their qualifications, track their progress, and help them take their next steps into industry or higher-level training.

Create modern, practical learning materials that reflect real-world industry standards and emerging sustainable technologies.

Work alongside an experienced team at our Printworks Campus while receiving full support, mentoring, and funded training to develop your teaching expertise.
About You
Essential (What You Bring)
-
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., 2360, 2330, 2357, or 5357).

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or a commitment to achieve this shortly after starting).

Strong practical industry experience and a passion for sharing your trade knowledge with others.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and support learners.
Desirable (We Will Fund & Support You to Achieve)

Teaching Qualification (e.g., Level 5 Cert Ed / PGCE) – we will fully cover costs and give you time to complete this on the job.

Inspection & Testing qualifications (2391 / 2394 / 2395).

Assessor Awards (CAVA) or Internal Quality Assurance (IQA L4).

Previous experience managing group progression or mentoring apprentices.
