Systems Learning Partner – Andover, SP10 4BF, United Kingdom

The Systems Learning Partner plays a key role in creating, developing and delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging systems learning for both new starters and existing colleagues. The role supports the onboarding process by ensuring new starters are confident and competent in using core business systems, contributing to a smooth transition into their roles and ongoing operational efficiency.

This role also plays a key part in designing and delivering learning solutions in response to projects and business change. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Designing and delivering blended systems learning sessions (virtual and in-person).
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of learning resources, including documented processes, videos, and e-learning.
  • Acting as a point of contact for system-related learning requests and queries.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, IT, project teams and other SMEs to ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned to business needs.
  • Supporting the Systems and Integration Learning Lead to identify learning needs, opportunities, and develop appropriate learning solutions.
  • Monitoring completion and following up on learner feedback to continuously improve delivery, resources, and materials.
  • Assisting in the rollout of new systems or updates by providing learning resources and support as part of a project team or through the Change Management process.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of learning strategies, methodologies, and technologies used within the organisation.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the wider Talent, Learning and Organisational Development and People teams, demonstrating knowledge of key services and signposting where appropriate.

You’ll ideally come to the role with

  •  A strong understanding of our core business systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, The HUB, ROCC, DRS, Contractor Portal, Dayforce, Microsoft 365, and other related systems).
  • Experience of identifying needs, and defining, designing and delivering learning solutions that address business requirements.
  • Experience of creating or maintaining learning documentation and resources.
  • Experience delivering a wide range of blended learning methods across a diverse organisation, catering to different learning preferences and technical abilities.
  • Experience working within project teams to deliver learning solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Advanced IT skills, with a proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification or coursework in training, learning and development, education, or relevant software platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Dynamics, CIPD).

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role with a high degree of flexibility, and you’ll be able to base yourself from home for much of the time. There will be a requirement to deliver in-person learning sessions to small and medium-sized groups from time to time, so a willingness to travel across our operating region is essential. Ideally, you’ll be based within the region or nearby.

We also come together as a team on occasion for collaboration, connection, and shared learning.

Due to the travel involved, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
