ServiceNow Developer – Krakow, Poland
Aon is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our international ServiceNow Centre of Excellence team. In this role you will focus on new implementations related to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery combining your technical expertise with stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
Our office is based in Krakow, and this role is open to both 50/50 hybrid working model from our Krakow-based office and fully remote working model from Poland.

What the day will look like
- Develop and configure HRSD modules: Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Catalog, Employee Center
- Build and support Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes & UI Policies
- Implement HR automations for Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers & Employee Queries
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs & IntegrationHub
- Ensure HR data security, role-based access & compliance
- Provide L3-level production support & continuous optimization
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 6–10+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience
- 4+ years of hands-on HRSD development
- ServiceNow CIS–HR (HRSD) & ServiceNow CSA certifications will be a strong asset
- Flow Designer & Workflows
- Server-side & Client-side scripting
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Solid understanding of HR business processes
- Experience with European data privacy standards (GDPR)
