Join Hilton’s EMEA Brand Marketing Team

As Senior Manager, Brand Content, you will lead the development of content that powers creative across Hilton’s EMEA marketing and loyalty team. Working closely with regional and global colleagues and partner agencies, you will translate brand strategy into strong creative briefs and content strategies, support high-quality creative development, and help ensure assets are prioritised and distributed effectively across key channels and touchpoints.

Role accountabilities

• Lead brand content development: Lead the development of brand content across the EMEA marketing and loyalty team, ensuring work is strategically aligned, insight-led, and on-brand.

• Write creative briefs and shape content strategy: Translate brand and business priorities into clear, inspiring creative briefs and help shape content strategies that support regional and organisational goals.

• Partner across teams and agencies: Build strong partnerships across regional and global teams, loyalty, and agency partners, aligning priorities and guiding work from development through delivery.

• Oversee content curation and distribution: Oversee how content is curated, adapted, and distributed across key touchpoints, ensuring assets are used effectively and consistently across the organisation.

• Use insight to strengthen effectiveness: Use performance and audience insights to refine briefs, improve content effectiveness, and help shape recommendations for future development.

• Champion creative quality and collaboration: Drive high creative standards and foster a collaborative way of working across internal stakeholders and external partners.

What are we looking for?

Creative Leadership & Content Strategy

• Strong creative credentials, with experience developing brand content that informs and elevates high-quality creative work.

• Strong ability to write inspiring creative briefs and help shape content strategies that respond to both brand and business priorities.

• Excellent creative judgment, with a sharp eye for storytelling and brand expression.

Content Development & Delivery

• Ability to manage multiple content priorities at once, balancing deadlines, stakeholders, and changing business needs.

• Experience managing content development from brief through delivery, with strong judgement, attention to detail, and accountability for quality.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments that require agility, organisation, and sound judgment.

Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.

• Experience working across complex organisations to align priorities and deliver against shared brand and business goals.

Channel & Distribution Understanding

• Understanding of how brand content is adapted and distributed across key channels, including social, digital, CRM, and paid media.

Communication & Presentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and credibly to a range of stakeholders.

• Confident in creating and delivering presentations

Collaboration & Agility

• A team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising sound judgement, and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
