What the day will look like 
 

As a Senior Global Benefits Consultant & Team Manager, you will balance people leadership with client and project delivery responsibilities, supporting your team while managing complex Global Benefits initiatives. 

  • Manage the team’s workload in line with capacity and stakeholder priorities 
  • Mentor, engage and develop team members, balancing individual goals with business needs 
  • Take ownership of people management and related administrative responsibilities 
  • Prepare and analyze reports and metrics required by business leaders 
  • Deliver services within a Global Benefits specialization (e.g. Consulting, Brokerage, Expat) 
  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of services and projects 
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation of new tools 
  • Support and lead GB transition, optimization, and change management projects 
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational or stakeholder-related issues

  • Analytical, strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks and solutions
