What the day will look like

As a Senior Cash Cycle Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision making for the Commercial Risk Cash Cycle organization, primarily supporting North America. • Design, build, and maintain best‑in‑class dashboards and reporting suites in Power BI that provide clear, intuitive views of Cash Cycle performance.
  • Deliver standard leadership and operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), covering KPIs such as DSO, aging, cash application timeliness, unapplied cash, collections effectiveness, disputes, and carrier disbursements.
  • Translate business questions into analytical projects, identifying trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across the end‑to‑end cash cycle.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leaders using clear, action‑oriented data storytelling.
  • Support business cases for process, technology, and resourcing changes by quantifying impact and tracking benefits.
  • Continuously simplify, standardize, and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

You will help elevate the maturity of reporting and analytics across the Cash Cycle organization, significantly reducing manual reporting effort while enabling leaders to focus on actions that improve working capital, efficiency, and colleague experience.

You will collaborate with a broad, global network of stakeholders and play a key role in championing a culture of data‑driven decision making within Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience in business, financial, or operational analytics, ideally within cash cycle, accounts receivable, finance, or operations environments.
