We are seeking a highly experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect and Capability Lead to join our team at Capgemini UK. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, providing expert guidance and delivery assurance on all technical aspects of the system across multiple large ongoing projects. Additionally, as the Capability Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and growing the SuccessFactors capability within our organization.
To be considered for this role, you should have extensive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with a focus on HR transformation. You will need to have a deep understanding of business requirements and how they can be met through technical solutions and the ability to translate these into business language. You have excellent senior stakeholder management and presentation skills with experience in presenting to CXO stakeholders. Additionally, you should have experience in leading distributed teams and delivering full lifecycle projects.

Your role
• Leading key design decisions based on your expertise in SuccessFactors and HR processes
• Managing a team of functional leads to create a compelling end-to-end solution for clients
• Supporting the Business Change team in change impact assessment and future operating models
• Utilizing Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Focused Build to manage project deliverables
• Confident stakeholder management, including representing Capgemini to clients, analysts, and partners
• Supporting sales growth targets for SuccessFactors and expanding go-to-market strategies and approaches
• Addressing a portfolio of target clients, working with industry sector leads and account executives to grow Capgemini’s opportunity pipeline
• Contributing to Capgemini’s global network of SAP Centres of Excellence by liaising with counterparts across Europe and North America

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technologies
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning initiatives.
• Build communication and consulting skills through hands-on project experience.
• Analysing, shaping, and leading pursuit responses for SuccessFactors opportunities
• Delivering confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal SuccessFactors eminence development
Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
