JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a bi-lingual Sales Associate to join our team at Burberry Parndorf Outlet. In this role, you will create memorable client experiences by delivering personalised service, sharing product knowledge and building long-term customer relationships, using events and other clienteling methods. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will bring Burberry's values to life on the shop floor while contributing to individual and store performance. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where customer focus, craftsmanship and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver an elevated client experience that reflects Burberry's luxury service standards.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive and customer-focused selling.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge across all collections and categories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive and high-performing environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience in a luxury customer-facing environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, clienteling and events
  • Confidence in engaging with an international customer base in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Turkish, Mandarin Chinese, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Romanian, or another Balkan language.
