THE ROLE

Report to the North America Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for our Retail teams. You will serve as a brand ambassador as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely application status updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience. During this stretch assignment, your primary duties will be managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and completing preliminary screenings for store and district managers through the peak holiday season. Because this role handles personnel data, you will be expected to exercise high judgment and maintain confidentiality.

This stretch assignment is 8 – 16 hours per week, which can be split across multiple days to fit your schedule. Tasks can be completed either in-person or virtually, alongside maintaining your current store duties. You will receive hands-on studio training with the Recruiter through this fixed term.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates, Retail TA Managers, and Store leaders. Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates in the interview process.
• Interview Coordination: Support scheduling and confirm interviews, and ensure the hiring team is prepared with necessary materials and information.
• Job Postings: Assist with posting approved job requisitions on PeopleBank, and ensuring all live roles are up to date.
• New Hire Support: Follow through with hiring managers to ensure we receive signed offer letters. Correctly file all signed offer letters with People & Culture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the North America Recruiter for all recruitment assistance, and cross functionally with hiring managers

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle, or a strong desire to learn.
• High degree of personal integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments, prioritize multiple tasks through completion.

The position will receive a lift to your current base rate for the duration of the stretch assignment. 

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
