Regional Compensation Specialist

What the day will look like

In this role dedicated to regional compensation, you will play a meaningful role in delivering compensation programs, annual reward processes, analytics, and operational support throughout the area. You will partner closely with Compensation, People Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting salary reviews, promotions, incentive programs, and other compensation activities
  • Preparing, auditing, validating, and analyzing compensation data, reports, and system information
  • Helping deliver annual compensation cycles through data preparation, testing, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Managing compensation trackers, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communications
  • Supporting compensation projects, regulatory requirements, audits, and reporting activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience in Compensation, Rewards, HR Operations, People Analytics, HR Shared Services, or a similar data-driven HR environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality when handling employee and compensation data

Preferred experience includes working with compensation programs, salary administration, job evaluation, market pricing, incentive plans, pay equity, or compliance-related activities.
