Job Description
Portico is delighted to be recruiting a polished, proactive Receptionist to join our team at a leading American multinational investment bank and financial services company.

Key Responsibilities
- Warm and professional meet‑and‑greet for clients and visitors
- Meeting room coordination and oversight
- Hosting and supporting corporate events
- Building strong client relationships through exceptional engagement
- Delivering hospitality and executive conferencing services to the highest standard
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional late shifts until 9pm required to cover events.
Salary: £34,200
