About us
The King’s Health Partners Clinical Trials Office is a collaboration between King’s College London, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. It was set up to provide a single interface for those wishing to conduct clinical trials within the partner organisations, and to ensure that there are common, efficient processes for the set up and administration of clinical trials.
About the role
The post-holder will provide operational, administrative and technical support to the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) for non-commercial clinical trials sponsored or co-sponsored by King’s Health Partners (KHP) Organisations.
The role ensures that quality systems, processes and documentation are efficiently managed and that studies remain in an inspection-ready state, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and best practices, contributing to the delivery of safe, effective and ethical research across the partner institutions.
This is a full time (35 Hours per week) post, offered on a fixed term contract until 31 July 2026.
