Our Opportunity
About You
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and have experience working in a similar role in the construction environment
- Private sector experience due to the nature of the clients
- Good knowledge of NEC contracts and experienced in administering NEC contracts
- The ability to monitor progress and expenditure of projects through all of the RIBA stages
- A clear understanding of risk management including identification, management, mitigation and risk transfer
- Member of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.
- HNC, HND or a construction related degree
- A strong track record of working in busy, fast – paced environments
- Good understanding of IT including Microsoft package
- Net Zero and Sustainability knowledge would be a huge advantage
