Location – One Blackfriars (London, SE1 9GD)
Working Hours – 4 nights on, 4 nights off 1900 – 0700
Salary – £31,000 – £32,240 (depending on experience)
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a luxury development looking down on the River Thames, consisting of 274 homes. The site benefits from several amenities including a resident’s spa, underground car park and 24 hour concierge service.

- you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others
- you have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
