NAMR Director – Major Contract Execution & Strategy – Boston, United States of America
Who We Are
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
The NAMR Director – Major Contract Execution & Strategy is a senior role focused on BCG’s largest, most complex value-based pricing (VBP) client contracts across North America. Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, legal and finance consideration, and contract execution, this role helps BCG teams navigate high-stakes commercial arrangements throughout the post-signature lifecycle.
As part of the NAMR VBP team, the Director serves as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) and case teams when complex contractual or commercial issues arise. The role includes assessing and operationalizing complex contract terms, identifying commercial and contractual risk, resolving disputes, restructuring commercial arrangements, and developing/participating in negotiations with senior client executives. The Director also identifies learnings across BCG’s contract portfolio and translates them into stronger commercial strategies and execution practices.
