The Job Role
The HR & Training Manager at Conrad Dublin will work closely with the HR Director to drive the HR strategy at Conrad Dublin
Key areas of focus will be
- To deliver our Best In Class (as awarded by the IHF) Onboarding experience for new Team Members
- Support Heads of Department in achieving all Hilton mandated training and administering our Hilton University platform
- Support HODs in driving an outstanding performance culture through development and succession planning
- Work with HRD and HR Exec to maintain and elevate our outstanding culture
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should:
- A degree in HR or Hospitality Management
- Experience in an upscale or five-star hotel- to truly partner operations, it is essential to have strong practical experience
- Have an authentic passion for hospitality and an eagerness to make Guests’ stays perfect
- Possess excellent communication & organisational skills
- Have impeccable grooming standards
