About the role

University Admissions Tests UK (UAT-UK), is a unique collaboration between Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge, shaping how the world’s brightest students are selected for top UK universities. What you would be doing
The main objective of the Head of Admissions Test Operations is to enable the successful delivery of undergraduate admissions tests.
You will:
- Have ultimate responsibility for leading, directing and managing the UAT-UK Process.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing UAT-UK strategies and plans.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure business operations are effective, efficient and financially rigorous.
- Continually develop and improve procedures and policies to ensure requirements are met.
What we are looking for
- Significant experience of complex project management in a senior role in the public sector.
- Experience of working with significant commercial suppliers to ensure delivery of outcomes.
- Ability to present regular progress reports and findings to senior stakeholders and Committees.
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of the Higher Education sector, admissions processes and timescales is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to travel to both Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge as required, with occasional travel to other University campuses.

This is a full time, fixed term post for 14 months.
