What You’ll Do

As the Global TA Strategy & Insights Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in advancing BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition transformation by driving analytical insights, enabling executive decision-making, and supporting the delivery of key strategic priorities. Working across a highly visible global agenda, you will translate complex recruiting data into actionable insights and ensure leadership has the information needed to guide performance, investment, and transformation outcomes.

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning key analytics, reporting, and stakeholder deliverables while partnering across global teams. You will help shape how recruiting performance is measured and communicated, contributing to a more data-driven, scalable, and effective talent acquisition model.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive development of global recruiting dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready insights on performance, productivity, and cost
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform leadership decisions and track transformation impact
  • Own preparation of materials and insights for key forums, including business reviews, leadership updates, and executive discussions
  • Partner across global Talent Acquisition and People teams to align reporting, ensure consistency, and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Lead coordination and content development for key governance forums, ensuring structured, insight-driven discussions
  • Support delivery of global transformation initiatives by tracking progress, synthesizing updates, and enabling transition to steady-state operations
  • Contribute external market insights and benchmarking to inform strategic direction and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • You bring a university degree or equivalent experience
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, analytics, or related fields
  • You bring strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and communication
  • You bring experience supporting projects or programs in complex, fast-paced environments
  • You bring familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Miro)
  • You bring exposure to recruiting operations, HR transformation, or related areas

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the GTA Strategy & Governance Senior Director. You’ll work closely with senior members of the Global Recruiting Transformation team – including the Managing Director & Partner for Talent Acquisition (TA), Global Recruiting Transformation Executive Director, Senior Director and Change & Enablement Director as well as leaders across our Global TA team, People Team, and WW Recruiting community.
