What the day will look like

As the Global People Reporting and Analytics Lead, you will lead a globally integrated People Analytics capability that delivers trusted workforce data, actionable insights, and forward-looking intelligence to support business performance and decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the People Organization, People Operations, Technology, Finance, Data Governance, regions, and business leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and evolving the global People Reporting and Analytics operating model, including governance, service standards, metrics, and strategic priorities.
  • Leading the development and adoption of a consistent enterprise-wide workforce metrics framework, executive reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Driving data quality, governance, and compliance standards to ensure accurate, reliable, and responsible use of people data.
  • Partnering with workforce planning and business leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and future workforce scenarios that support business growth.
  • Advancing automation, self-service reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to increase efficiency and insight generation.
  • Overseeing operational performance, service governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and decision ready.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing reporting and analytics leaders and teams, crafting an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
  • Transforming complex workforce data for clear executive-level insights, recommendations, and business actions.

This is an opportunity to build a global People Analytics function at a pivotal stage of its evolution. You will play a key role in transforming reporting from a transactional activity into a strategic function that provides predictive insights, workforce intelligence, and measurable business value.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across the People Organization, People Operations, Technology, Finance, Data Governance, and business teams globally. In this highly visible leadership role, you will influence enterprise decision-making, drive analytics innovation, and help demonstrate the connection between workforce outcomes and business performance.

You will also lead talented analytics professionals and have the opportunity to develop future capabilities in automation, self-service analytics, predictive modelling, and AI-enabled workforce intelligence.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Extensive experience leading reporting, analytics, workforce data, HR, shared services, business intelligence, or related functions within a complex global environment.
  • Proven experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams while building capability, engagement, and performance across regions and cultures.
  • Strong expertise in executive reporting, workforce analytics, data governance, dashboards, visualization tools, automation, and service performance management, with experience using Workday reporting and BI platforms.
  • Strong thinking, problem-solving, collaborator management, communication, and data storytelling skills, capable of translating complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively, present insights, and build positive relationships across a global and matrixed organization.
