What You’ll Do
You will support the day-to-day operations of BCG’s Global Mobility function, ensuring that core systems, data, vendors, and processes run smoothly and reliably. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational quality, supporting users, and enabling the broader team to deliver mobility services effectively.
Working closely with the mobility team, vendors, and cross-functional partners, you will take ownership of defined processes while providing flexible support across platforms, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support day-to-day vendor operations, including coordination, issue resolution, and administrative processes such as maintaining systems and tools
- Act as a primary point of contact for key partners, including EY and internal tax teams, ensuring smooth service delivery and operations
- Act as a Super User for Assignment Pro, supporting users with day-to-day questions, resolving issues, and coordinating bug fixes
- Support system updates and enhancements by assisting with testing, documentation, and preparation of functional specifications
- Monitor data integrity across mobility systems, conducting audits, identifying discrepancies, and supporting resolution of data issues
- Support reporting and analysis, including ad hoc requests and preparation of insights for stakeholders
- Administer the Mobility Dashboard, including managing access, supporting users, and maintaining guidance materials
- Maintain and update knowledge and collaboration platforms, ensuring content is accurate and accessible
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and data accuracy using platform insights
- Support delivery of mobility initiatives and projects, contributing to implementation and coordination activities
What You’ll Bring
- You have 2-4 years experience in HR, with exposure to digital systems
- You bring a strong focus on internal customer experience, keeping the needs of global, regional, and local mobility teams at the center of your work
- You are comfortable working hands-on in systems and tools, maintaining data, content, and workflows
- You have strong attention to detail and take accountability for accuracy across data, systems, and communications
- You demonstrate an analytical mindset, identifying patterns, spotting inconsistencies, and investigating root causes of issues
- You learn new systems quickly and understand how processes and data connect across platforms
- You communicate clearly with stakeholders, especially when raising issues or clarifying data and process questions
- You are organized and reliable, managing multiple tasks and following through to resolution
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with the Global Mobility Team, including Super Users, to support the effective operation of mobility tools and processes. You will interact regularly with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders across BCG. In this role, you will support users and help ensure smooth, consistent and high-quality day-to-day operations across the mobility ecosystem.
