What You’ll Do
In this role, you will drive the structure, governance, and execution of BCG’s global digital products investment process, ensuring a consistent, transparent, and high-quality approach to how BCG globally plans, approves and tracks funding for its in-house digital products. Acting as the central orchestrator, you will help design, optimize, and increasingly automate core workflows across Digital Product, Finance, and Transformation teams. This includes defining scalable funding approval processes, setting timelines, and embedding digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort for the investment governance team and enhance decision quality for BCGs global leadership team. You will design and continuously improve templates, frameworks, and guidance to the teams who develop and maintain digital products at BCG to ensure they submit clear, decision-ready materials on objectives, resource requirements, risks, and expected business outcomes for their Digital Products to BCG’s global leadership team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end cadence of key governance forums (e.g., Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews), ensuring submissions meet required standards and deadlines, and provide the content that is required for BCG’s leadership team to make decisions on what Digital Products to fund and for what business outcome. You will also leverage automation and AI tools to improve how submissions are aggregated, tracked, and analyzed. Additionally, you will track business outcomes of funded Digital Products, including monitoring progress against milestones, managing financial updates, and assessing budget implications based on progress status. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance visibility on BCG’s global Digital Products portfolio through automated dashboards, integrations, and workflow tools, enabling more real-time and data-driven decision-making.

A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience (Professional services preferred)
Ability to navigate ambiguity and financial analyses
Highly organized and proactive approach to managing work in a dynamic environment
Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, or digital tools (e.g., Claude, n8n, Power Automate, or similar) strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes (e.g. automation, reporting, decision support) is a strong plus
Excellent written communication in English
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external senior stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
