Overview
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Shift hours: Full Time

Lead the full site operation across both outlets (grab & go coffee shop + high-end restaurant)

Oversee both front and back of house teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day service

Deliver a high-quality food and customer experience in a premium workplace setting

Manage team performance, rotas, and ongoing development

Drive commercial performance, focusing on speed of service and efficiency

Support the launch and growth of a flagship, multi-faceted site
-
Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are exceeded

Maintain high standards across health & safety, hygiene, and compliance
-
Background in fast-paced, high-quality environments (e.g. premium QSR like Leon)

Commercially aware with a strong focus on service speed and quality

Experience in workplace catering is a bonus, but not essential

Adaptable and comfortable in a brand-new, evolving concept

Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow teams

Hands-on, proactive, and excited by a flagship opening
