About the Job you are considering:
The GenAI Technical Lead will be responsible for driving and scaling Generative AI initiatives across EMEA, with a focus on delivering business value through AI-enabled solutions in operational domains such as Corporate Trust. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, leadership of enterprise AI programs, stakeholder management, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and product teams. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while mentoring teams and supporting the organization’s global AI4OPS strategy.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
GenAI Solution Development
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
- Lead implementation of AI use cases leveraging RAG, Prompt Engineering, Open-Source LLMs, LangChain, and related frameworks.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI deployments.
Project Leadership
- Drive AI programs and initiatives across EMEA regions.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives within operational business areas, including Corporate Trust.
- Balance local business requirements while enabling global scalability and standardization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Business teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Navigate enterprise AI platform constraints and align technical solutions with organizational standards.
- Foster collaboration across internal and global teams.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
- Proven experience delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success leading AI programs and engaging with senior stakeholders.
