About the role
Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Fixed Term Finance Purchasing Technician in our Faculty office
Join the renowned Faculty of Engineering & Design, celebrated for its research excellence and teaching quality. We are seeking a proactive and motivated Finance Purchasing Technician to play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth running of the Faculty Purchasing function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and vetting order requests.
- Checking appropriate suppliers have been selected and acquiring quotation where necessary.
- Enter requisitions for processing on Agresso and carry out supplier checks
- Other finance related tasks as directed by Faculty Finance Officer

Further Information:
- Hybrid working model with a mix of on-campus and remote work.
- Part-time role: 29.2 (0.8fte) hours per week.
