What the day will look like

As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will help deliver a positive and engaging experience for interns and participants throughout their program journey. You will partner with program leaders, managers, ambassadors, colleagues, and external partners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.

You will:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and administration of programs and initiatives for emerging professionals and internships
  • Create and manage program communications, newsletters, resources, and participant updates
  • Maintain program data, reports, dashboards, and survey results with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate orientations, learning sessions, networking events, and other virtual or in-person activities
  • Provide timely support to interns, managers, ambassadors, and stakeholders
  • Track key achievements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting tools

Experience supporting internship, university, talent, learning, HR, recruitment, or employee development programs would be an advantage.
